We have always felt like providing a great customer experience was the core of a great brand. As shoppers ourselves we all had bad experiences and we knew that there was a better way… We found gaps in the customer journey and thought that shoppers deserved more and hence we created WISMOlabs. We wanted shoppers to have a more seamless experience. We understand that customers are your most important asset and every interaction is so important to customer retention that’s why we are here.
We are a self funded company. We had many chances to get funded but decided against it. You are probably wondering why. It is simple, our customers are OUR most important assets and we wanted to make sure we are able to serve our customers in the best way possible. Being self funded gave us the autonomy and flexibility we needed to accomplish this goal.
